It is sometimes possible for us to do a fast turnaround web design project depending on our current workload. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you & let you know if we have space for a priority job.

No technical knowledge is required for the service websites (non e-commerce) as we purposely build your website on user friendly software and give you a demo upon launch of how to use your website. Optionally we can take care of everything for you for a small fee - just let us know from the outset if you want us to manage your website. 

The free training is a great way to give you control of your own website. We explain everything simply to you, walking you through the website and usually that is enough. Ecommerce and bespoke websites require technical skills, but we can also help if required.

We provide 30 minutes to an hour web designer time each month. This covers minor updates, adding content & minor design changes.

The time you are allocated each month depends on the plan you select. 

One Page websites do not have service time for updates included in the plan but this can be booked ad-hoc easily in 30 minute time slots.

Yes! of course! However - please let us know before selecting a website plan. We need to ensure we can integrate the app successfully. Always let us know if there are apps that you want to link into your new website.
